The completion schedule is back to two wells per week. We had to temporarily suspend the project for the second half of January, due to extremely cold weather. The pond in which we were using to collect the water necessary to complete the wells was rendered useless, when the springs that feed it froze shut, along with the creek we were pumping out of to supplement the springs. This has been corrected and we are fracing again.

Clean up of the wells has been a struggle with the weather conditions that we have seen this year. We have put on extra man power to keep things thawed out. The longer we produce the wells, the less fresh water we are moving so this has become managable for the time being.

We have shut the drill rig down until January. We have ten more wells to drill but with the change in the completion schedule and the start up of the plant, along with very bad November weather, it is best not to force our way up the hill, when it can be done in frozen weather and not tear up as much road. The first well on Hedgehog was completed on 12/5/08. We started with well #67 and are scheduled for one well a week untill late January. The stripper plant is operational and waiting for the production from the Hedgehog Project. We have three wells completed and we are producing on the Hedgehog Project. The fourth well is scheduled to be completed on 12/30/08. The drill rig moved in on 12/23/08 to finish the 10 wells. The weather is unseasonably cold.  We decided to take advantage of the frozen weather by drilling the rest of the project.
